Built for structured training sessions, this single-sided LED timer features bright, 4-inch-high numbers, with time displayed in red and rounds in blue. The wall-mount design keeps timing in view for individual workouts, coached sessions and group training.

Set your work. Plan your rest. Save your session. Customize the number of rounds, work periods and rest periods, then save up to 10 programs for future workouts. Get started with preset Tabata and Fight Gone Bad modes, switch between count-up and countdown timing, or use the stopwatch with 1/100-second settings.

The included remote lets you pause, mute and reprogram the timer from your workout station. Measuring 25.25 inches wide by 7.75 inches high, the black timer features the FUEL logo at the bottom right and comes with detailed programming instructions.
